Professional bottle washing for breweries, dairies & food producers
The JEMI bottle washer cleans bottles inside and out in under 7 minutes. Affordable, low-maintenance, and built to last.

Designed for serious small-scale producers
The JEMI machine was engineered specifically for craft breweries, home brewers, dairy farmers, and direct-to-consumer food and drink businesses who need reliable, repeatable, hygienic bottle cleaning — without the price tag of industrial-scale equipment.
Why JEMI
Six reasons producers choose the JEMI
Purpose-built for the volumes and budgets of smaller producers — without compromising on hygiene or reliability.
Fast cycle time
A complete wash and rinse takes just 6 minutes 30 seconds — keeping your bottling line moving.
Eliminates bacteria
Two-stage process — main wash followed by a fresh water rinse — removes residue and eliminates bacteria inside and out.
Any bottle type
Modular basket system with positioning templates accommodates almost any bottle shape, size, or format.
Affordable to buy and run
Significantly lower purchase price than comparable machines. Low water and energy consumption keeps running costs minimal.
Easy to maintain
Built on robust electromechanical engineering — no complex circuit boards. Simple to operate and straightforward to service.
UK-based support
Advice, spare parts, and specialist cleaning chemicals available through our UK distribution partner.
The Machines
Two models – one for every scale
Both models share the same two-stage wash system, modular basket design, and electromechanical build. Choose by output volume.

Applications
What can it clean?
The modular basket system means one machine handles virtually every bottle type used in small-scale food and drink production.
How it works
The wash cycle, step by step
A simple two-stage process delivers a hygienically clean result every time.
Fill & heat
Fresh water is injected into the wash tank via a solenoid valve. A dosing pump adds the correct amount of cleaning chemical. Two 4.5 kW heating elements bring the water up to 57°C. A status light indicates when the machine is ready.
Load bottles
Place your bottles in the modular basket using the supplied positioning templates. The system accommodates longneck, swing-top, NRW, and most other common formats without tools.
Main wash (6 minutes)
Press start. The wash pump circulates nearly 2,000 litres of wash liquor through the chamber. An integrated filter screen prevents detached labels from contaminating the wash liquid.
Fresh water rinse (30 seconds)
8.7 litres of fresh water is injected through dedicated nozzles — inside and around each bottle — flushing out all traces of wash liquor and leaving bottles residue-free and hygienically clean.
Ready for the next batch
The machine reheats the wash liquor to temperature automatically. The ready indicator illuminates and you can begin the next cycle immediately.
